Exfoliant Facial Scrub

One of the things I love to do over the weekends is to pamper myself a little more. During the week it’s always busy and you don’t have any time available to treat yourself with a little extra. This is why I love the have a slow Saturday or Sunday morning to give you skin an extra treatment with a scrub or mask. Even on a Sunday evening before getting ready to crawl into bed to watch a movie is a perfect time to give yourself some extra love and wake up Monday morning to baby soft skin ready to kick off another work week.

Once a week I use this amazing facial exfoliant scrub from the Nutricentials skincare line, it’s a wonderful and gentle face scrub extra mild so it doesn’t feel abrasive or hard on the skin at all. Just a mild but effective facial scrub leaving you with amazing soft skin feeling like a baby – we all know how babies just have a softest skin ever. Especially now during the Winter months my skin which already is troubled by being mixed between oily and dry can get this hard cracked layer of skin on my nose which no cleanser or device can get rid off but this product does it right away.

Once you have cleaned your skin with your daily facial cleanser you put on an even layer of this soft cream and wet your hands to give some more moist to it while gently circulating your hands over your skin until you can feel the product have been absorbed by the skin. Then rinse it off with water and a facial sponge and follow with your toner and serum or moisturizer.

You can use it 1-2 times a week all depending on your skin type to get that excess layer of dead skin cells cleaned of your skin and to get clear and soft skin ready for make-up, sports and all the daily life activities. Remember every day our skin is polluted through the air and also from within by our diet and general health and lifestyle.
